Job Description: Device Associate
The primary role of a Device Associate (DA) is to execute test case instructions and accurately report any discrepancies while ensuring the timely and successful delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities

- Execute predefined test cases for evaluating Software builds on the Fire OS platform and related products.
- Accurately document and report bugs discovered during testing.
- Understand and adhere to testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases.
- Conduct regression and repetitive testing to ensure build quality without compromising standards.
- Utilize software tools for daily data capture and test documentation.
- Efficiently capture results, communicate and escalate failures, and provide individual status reports.
- Report all issues, failures, and ambiguities encountered during test case execution through the designated clarification portal, resolving them within the SLA timeline.
Basic Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in testing consumer devices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify discrepancies.
- Proficiency in using testing and bug-reporting tools.
