About the Internship
The Baker Hughes Internship is tailored for students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, offering hands-on experience that lays the foundation for a successful career.
Your Role
As an Intern, you will:
- Receive mentorship and coaching to help you excel in assignments and projects.
- Participate in impactful projects that contribute to customer outcomes and business improvements.
- Gain experience with Baker Hughes’ internal software and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and connect with global business leaders.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards to maintain compliance and safe practices.
What You Need to Succeed
To qualify, you should:
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a STEM/business-related field.
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
- Be fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Be able to relocate for the internship if needed (location varies).
- Be legally authorized to work in the country where you’re applying, without the need for company sponsorship.
