Role Overview
As part of the Procurement Management team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting a streamlined, systematic approach to purchasing essential goods and services for our clients. This involves everything from identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating, and contracting, to ensuring timely delivery and analyzing outcomes. Your focus will be on designing and implementing best practices in tactical and transactional procurement, optimizing processes, and maintaining supplier and catalogue data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines and precedents.
  • Collaborate mainly with your team and direct supervisor, following detailed instructions for all tasks.
  • Support procurement processes by maintaining supplier information, creating catalogue content, and managing user authorizations.
  • Use procurement applications to execute transactions effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Work as an individual contributor within a narrow, defined scope of tasks.
  • Note: This role may require rotational shift work.
