Process Executive – Data

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Executive – P&C with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Office 365 and MS Excel, along with specialized knowledge in Workers’ Compensation Care Management, Policy Administration, and New Business. This hybrid role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts and proficiency in Bengali (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Use Office 365 tools for efficient task management and communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and data organization in MS Excel.
  • Assist with Workers’ Compensation policy administration, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support care management processes, coordinating with healthcare providers and clients.
  • Facilitate new business operations by gathering and verifying necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and enhance service quality.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to monitor progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct audits of policy and care management records to uphold compliance and accuracy.
  • Train and support new team members on processes and tools.
  • Communicate effectively in Bengali with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Adapt to a rotational shift schedule to ensure coverage and support across operational hours.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, enhancing overall efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications for task management and communication.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Expertise in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Knowledge in Workers’ Compensation, including Care Management, Policy Administration, and New Business.
  • Fluent in Bengali, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.
