Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate Business Analyst specializing in Guidewire, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Business Analysis:

    • Analyze, gather, and elicit requirements effectively.
    • Conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and meetings with various business stakeholders.
    • Develop impactful presentations for internal and external clients.
  2. Domain Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
    • Operational knowledge in areas like New Business, Policy Administration, Claims, and Billing.
    • Expertise in Guidewire Product Suite (e.g., Policy Center, Billing Center, Claims Center).
  3. Technical and Integration Skills:

    • Experience in integration processes with Guidewire products.
    • Familiarity with Standard Base Templates of Guidewire.
    • Ability to evaluate solutions from a holistic and business value perspective.
  4. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across geographies.
    • Willingness to travel for short-term or long-term client engagements.
  5. Agile Methodologies:

    • Hands-on experience in Agile SCRUM or SAFe methodology for project execution.
  6. Insurance CoE Contribution:

    • Contribute to driving RFI/RFP responses, creating knowledge capsules, and developing training decks.
    • Conduct training sessions for teams or clients.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Guidewire (PC/BC/CC/Full Suite).
  • Strong domain knowledge in Personal and Commercial Lines of business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to address unstructured problems.
  • Leadership capabilities for delegation and coaching team members.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques to extract industry trends and insights.

Optional Skills

  • Knowledge of Standard Base Templates of Guidewire is an added advantage.
