Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to SMB Product health.
You believe in data-driven decisions and use data to create SMB strategies and answer business questions
Your day-to-day:
Opportunity mining via actionable insights to move the Product KPIs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary
Stay informed about industry best practices in the SMB world
Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business stakeholders, and partners with stakeholders to develop meaningful actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SMB cadences
What Do You Need To Bring-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline
Data/decision science experience and working experience within data-mining, quantitative research or analytics
Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior leaders of the organization
Strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization
Proficiency in SQL & Python/SAS (optional)
