We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will manage the supplier mailbox within Salesforce, providing direct support to suppliers regarding payment term extensions. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong supplier relationships by delivering timely, clear, and professional communication on payment processes and term extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the supplier mailbox within Salesforce, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Communicate with suppliers about payment term extensions, ensuring clear and professional messaging using approved FAQs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as working capital and procurement, to gather information on extended payment terms and assess their impact.
- Track and document supplier communications within Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex or urgent issues to senior team members following the approved playbook.
- Assist in reporting and analyzing mailbox activities and supplier responses.
- Support efforts to improve communication templates and workflows to enhance the supplier experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
