Job Description:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will work within our Customer Support vertical, handling customer inquiries, managing escalations, and resolving complaints. Your primary goal will be to provide the best resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction, while also closing faults and complaints within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates should have strong communication skills and a solid understanding of customer support metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Address routine customer issues by following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Interact with your team and direct supervisor for daily work tasks.
  • Receive moderate to detailed instructions on new assignments.
  • Make decisions that impact your own work.
  • Act as an individual contributor within a defined scope of work.
  • This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
