Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act with integrity and maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  • Address basic queries related to PhonePe accounts and transactions.
  • Switch efficiently between phone and data channels as required.
  • Follow established process guidelines to resolve issues effectively.
  • Build and maintain customer trust through meaningful interactions.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity targets consistently.
  • Utilize internal tools and processes to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Recommend and contribute to process improvements.
  • Educate and engage customers, enabling them to make the most of PhonePe’s services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptability: Strong learnability and flexibility to respond to diverse scenarios.
  • Active Listener: Ability to address objections effectively and empathize with customers.
  • Customer-Centric: A strong orientation toward understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and accept constructive feedback.
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage.
  • Education: Graduation (10+2+3) is required.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in a customer-facing role.
