Job Description

As an Executive in Business Delivery for B2B Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with clients, ensuring they benefit from IndiaMART’s services. This role involves active client engagement through phone and video interactions and requires a proactive approach to address client needs and support the field sales team in achieving revenue and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an individual contributor, managing client relationships through phone and video communication.
  • Ensure clients are effectively utilizing and benefiting from IndiaMART services.
  • Maintain accurate definitions of products/services in clients’ e-catalogs.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the field sales team in meeting revenue and client retention targets through systematic follow-up and timely closures.
  • Conduct 10-12 meaningful phone or video calls with clients daily.

Experience Range: 0 – 5 years

Qualifications: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation

Required Skills

  • Experience in B2B and client servicing.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Inside Sales, BPO, and B2C environments.
