Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Mastery: Learn and apply Excel to understand product calculations, then configure them within a specialized configuration engine.
- SQL & Data Management: Develop skills in SQL and other essential technologies to manage rate tables and data, independently implementing smaller requirements.
- Requirement Translation: Break down requirements into unit tasks, structure them effectively, and provide clear instructions for developers to execute.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong in mathematics, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.
- Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn and explore new tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of self-directed learning.
- Familiar with tech languages or willing to learn and develop technical skills.

Optional but Beneficial:
- Previous experience in technology or insurance as a business analyst.
Salary & Benefits:
- Probation Period: 3 months with a monthly salary of ₹20,000 – ₹21,000 (for freshers).
- Post-Probation: Annual CTC between ₹4,00,000 and ₹5,00,000.
