Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to source, manage, and publish product support information for end users. This role requires close collaboration with brand managers, accurate content moderation, and efficient use of internal tools and databases to ensure high-quality and accessible support information.Key Responsibilities
- Source publicly available or provided content and contact information from brands and brand managers.
- Communicate professionally with brands and managers via emails and internal ticketing tools to gather relevant information.
- Moderate and validate submitted information for accuracy and compliance with client guidelines.
- Publish approved content using internal tools to make it accessible to end users.
- Capture and organize sourced and published content using Excel for easy indexing and tracking.
- Develop and streamline processes, including creating flowcharts where applicable.
- Ensure all communications are addressed promptly and knowledge bases are updated as required.
- Generate and maintain accurate reports on sourced and published content.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience: 0-3 years in a researcher, content writer, or similar role.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Research Skills: Ability to efficiently research and validate information from multiple sources.
- Client Interaction: Experience in communicating with clients, customers, or end users effectively.
- Time Management: Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related discipline.
