The Opportunity

This role is part of the global operations team at EY Global Delivery Services (GDS), which is growing rapidly. As we work to build a better working world, GDS operations aim to implement a framework for CRM Operational Excellence across processes, decision-making, and activities to support business teams across locations.

As a CRM Operations Associate, you’ll be part of a high-performing CRM operations team (PACE Levels 1, 2, and 3), supporting contact-to-cash operations and infrastructure enablement across GDS locations and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the end-to-end process for client and engagement sign-offs for EY offices.
• Review submissions from engagement teams, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of proposed transactions or requests.
• Act as a liaison among client teams, the Risk Management team, and various internal functional areas.
• Manage internal stakeholder relationships, and oversee KPI and productivity targets.
• Identify risk areas within operational processes and functions.
• Collaborate across functions, locations, and business units to strengthen CRM controls, proactively escalating high-risk cases to management.
• Perform any additional activities that align with the job summary and purpose.

• High attention to detail is essential.
• Decision-making skills; a team player.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in any field (B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Relevant experience in research/analysis (0 – 6 months).
• This is a hybrid role.
