Job Summary:
The Engineer will be responsible for executing detailed engineering tasks for Building Automation projects, both offshore and onsite. This role requires expertise in Control System software (DDC) programming, SCADA/Graphics, and HVAC system controls. The candidate will collaborate with the team in Pune to independently execute projects while ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. The position offers opportunities for travel to North America, Europe, and the Middle East for onsite assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution:

   • Independently execute Building Automation projects, including DDC programming and SCADA/Graphics development.
   • Work on automation platforms such as Niagara, Alerton, or equivalent (preferred).

2. Technical Expertise:

   • Prepare and execute:
     • Sequence of Operations.
     • Control wiring diagrams.
     • DDC applications for HVAC systems (e.g., AHU, VAV, FCU, Chilled Water Systems, Hot Water Systems).
     • SCADA/Graphics for Control Systems.
     • Functional performance testing for control systems.
   • Perform field commissioning and deployment of control systems.
   • Utilize tools like AutoCAD (Basic), Revit (Basic), and Microsoft Visio (preferred).

3. Customer Interaction:

   • Communicate with customers for project initiation, RFIs, and project close-out.
   • Map customer expectations and ensure clarity in deliverables.
   • Act as a technical interface to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
   • Identify and implement process and standard improvement opportunities.

5. Collaboration and Team Development:

   • Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
   • Mentor junior engineers in specific tasks and skill development.

6. Project Management:

   • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful commissioning (onsite or remote).
   • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering robust solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in HVAC, Process Control, BMS Service, or Energy sectors.
