Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard procedures for documentation, coding, and analytics solution execution to generate outputs and manage data.
- Deliver project tasks or modules within defined specifications and timelines, seeking guidance as needed but progressively working independently.
- Ensure data accuracy and veracity as per project requirements.
- Conduct hypothesis testing and develop statistical models while ensuring statistical rigor.
- Use visualization tools like Excel and PowerPoint to present analytics results.
- Automate repetitive tasks using Excel Macros, VBA, Python, or R.
Essential Skills:
- Strong mathematical aptitude with logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Willingness to learn and experiment for optimal solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with senior team members and contribute as a strong team player.
- Flexibility to meet tight deadlines when required.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a premier institute OR
- Graduation in any discipline with a Master’s degree in Management, Statistics, or Econometrics.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in MS Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with statistical tools, multivariate regression, and analytics software like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., Market Mix Modeling).
- Knowledge of data analytics is a plus.
