Job Description
Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Retail Banking and Commercial Banking (CB) Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, both domestic and international.
- Proficiency in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) within the Retail Banking sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, Client Managers, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless interactions.
- Demonstrate expertise in understanding client constitutions and identifying required documentation based on various client types.
- Have a solid grasp of financial services and their underlying products.
- Efficiently source information from diverse data sources, including financial reports and audited statements.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and presentations.
- Employ strong problem-solving skills to think creatively and address issues independently as they arise.
- Utilize knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) systems and processes, including specific requirements for different countries.
Qualifications:
