Job Description

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Retail Banking and Commercial Banking (CB) Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, both domestic and international.
  • Proficiency in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) within the Retail Banking sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients, Client Managers, and Relationship Managers to ensure seamless interactions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in understanding client constitutions and identifying required documentation based on various client types.
  • Have a solid grasp of financial services and their underlying products.
  • Efficiently source information from diverse data sources, including financial reports and audited statements.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and presentations.
  • Employ strong problem-solving skills to think creatively and address issues independently as they arise.
  • Utilize knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) systems and processes, including specific requirements for different countries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
