Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computers (Windows, Microsoft Office).
- Capable of formal communication and report writing.
- Knowledge of IT and online services.
- Ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
