The Global Order Management Team at Oracle is responsible for validating and processing executed contracts according to established procedures, policies, and standards. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partners, Business Finance, and other upstream and downstream processes, to ensure accurate and timely order processing and revenue recognition. The team manages both online and offline submissions for License, Hardware, Cloud, and Support Renewals.

- Data Entry & Record Verification: Perform data entry and verify records to align with business policies, covering HW/License/Cloud/Support Renewal/Education.
- Issue Resolution: Identify non-compliant requests and collaborate with stakeholders to provide resolution details.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Upstream and Downstream teams (CDM, IB, Collection, AR) to resolve customer-related issues.
- Compliance Adherence: Follow SOX, internal, and external compliance guidelines for audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance technical and process knowledge through assessment programs and updates.
- Meet KPIs: Strive to meet defined KPIs, including Input Quality, Output Quality, Efficiency, and Turnaround Time.
