Job Description: Technical Customer Support (International Process – US Shift)
Work Location: Office (Night Shift, US Process)
Immediate Joiners or Candidates with a Maximum 1-Week Notice Period Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work night shifts (US Process) from the office.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting, leveraging available resources, and document all actions before escalating tickets to Level 2 (L2) support teams.
  • Ensure all reported issues are addressed within the defined SLA timelines.
  • Work towards effective and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Communicate priority issues to relevant stakeholders promptly and coordinate until resolution is achieved.
