Job Description

  • Contributing in creation/modification/revision of the technical manuals/documentation across various domains.
  • Understanding and conducting impact analysis based on the engineering change request.
  • Researching extensively and ensuring adherence to the applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Performing tasks in customer specific project tools and updating status in Capgemini workflow management tools
  • Following processes and standards defined for the customer.
  • Performing Internal & external rejection analysis, discussing in Knowledge sharing sessions and ensuring prevention of rejections and thus maintaining quality KPI
  • Communicating with SMEs as and when required and ensuring that the quality KPI’s are met
  • Participating in peer-reviews and following the review cycles to ensure the Right First time
  • Visualizing/creating images, mark-ups, additional information / instruction to Illustrators whenever required.
