Position: Technical Support – Voice/Blended

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience: Prior experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong spoken and written English.
    • Excellent communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
    • Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in using computers (Windows, Microsoft Office).
    • Capable of formal communication and report writing.
    • Knowledge of IT and online services.
    • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios.
