Job Title: HR – Recruitment Intern (Remote)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh


Key Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Sourcing:

    • Identify and source potential candidates using online platforms, including social media and professional networks.
  2. Interview and Selection:

    • Plan and execute interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  3. Applicant Assessment:

    • Evaluate candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  4. Employer Branding:

    • Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
