Role: Risk Audit Leader – Customer Experience Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Audit Leader to join our Customer Experience (CX) team. In this critical role, you will audit and analyze various aspects of our business operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and established standards. Your work will focus on identifying risks, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions to maintain the integrity of our processes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to recommend improvements and uphold compliance standards.

  • Develop and implement audit strategies to monitor adherence to industry best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits across business units to ensure alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory mandates.
  • Analyze workflows and data to uncover inefficiencies, inconsistencies, or risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to propose corrective actions, update policies, and enhance processes where needed.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports, detailing findings, areas for improvement, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely resolution of audit findings and follow-up actions.

Customer Care Response Team Responsibilities

  • Handle exceptional safety and legal inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
  • Partner with the CX Business Process Manager to review and update safety process documentation regularly.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely reporting and escalation of safety concerns.
  • Identify and verify product defects or concerns, escalating as per defined procedures for further investigation and resolution.
  • Manage the collection and preparation of safety samples as requested by the legal team.
  • Update and maintain the Safety Tracker with current and accurate information.
  • Participate in meetings with the QA and/or Safety Committee to review global safety issues.
  • Analyze product safety complaints and share findings with the Product Specialist Team for further action.

Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in business auditing, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of auditing procedures, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
  • Technical proficiency with CX operational tools and software.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple audits and projects effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and actionable recommendations.
