The role is within the SaT (Strategy and Transactions) – TCF (Transaction Diligence) team in New Delhi. As part of our team, you’ll assist clients in navigating complex financial, operational, and strategic questions, helping them allocate capital more effectively and make informed decisions for a sustainable future.About the Team
Our Strategy and Transactions division helps clients reshape portfolios, rethink ecosystems, and reimagine their future using our Capital Agenda framework. We serve a diverse range of clients, including corporates, private equity, government entities, sovereign wealth funds, family businesses, and educational institutions. Our solutions range from portfolio review, capital allocation, and financial analytics to risk management, aimed at optimizing clients’ capital efficiency and decision-making processes.Core Focus Areas
Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) provide a competitive advantage and enhance client returns through improved decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, data analysis, and financial statement understanding.
- Data Analysis: Aptitude for numerical analysis and data inference.
- Communication: Clear and fluent in written and oral communication.
- Financial Metrics: Calculations involving EBITDA, PBT, PAT, revenue, gross margins, variance analysis, net assets, net debt, net worth, working capital, and ageing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)
- Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience
